The present continuous is:

1.  Positive sentence :

Subject (I, you, we, they, she, he,it) +To be (Am/is/are) + verb-ing (doing/ eating/ running/ writing etc.)

Example for positive sentence (+) :

-she is eating

-it is raining

-they are running

2.   Negative sentence:

Subject (I, you, we, they, she, he,it) +To be (Am/is/are) + not + verb-ing (doing/ eating/ running/ writing etc.)

 Example for negative sentence (-) :

                   -she is not eating

                   -it is not raining

                   -they are not running.

3. introgative sentence (?) :

To be (Am/is/are) + Subject (I, you, we, they, she, he,it) + verb-ing (doing/ eating/ running/ writing etc.)

Example for introgative sentence (?):

          -is she esting?

          -is it raining?

          -are they running?
